Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the item in its original box with all protective materials to ensure that delicate home decor or furniture arrives back to us undamaged.
Shipping and Labeling
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned piece, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, typically processed within 3-5 business days.
