Dry Hopping is not essential with this beer but if youād like to experiment you could try 40g of Hersbrucker in the fermenter 3 days before packaging.
GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
Approximate cube volume: 16.5L.
Starting Gravity: 1.046 with 3 litres of water added.
Bitterness: 17 IBUās using Magnum hops.
Grist make up: JW Pilsner, Vienna 5%
Flavour hopped with Hersbrucker hops.
Recommended yeasts:
Bluestone San Diego or Stuttgart, SAF US05.
